NORTHERN LIGHTS LODGE

Relax in a serene wooded setting with large windows throughout to view the beautiful outdoors.  Northern Lights Lodge recently upgraded to include all new beds, Sealy Perfect Sleeper Eurotop Mattresses, and cozy bedding with fresh new pillows.  The Lodge has a beautiful wood burning fire place with lots of room to relax and enjoy the Northwoods experience!

Relax with a cup of coffee or roast marshmallows in the fire with our roasting skewer. We host a fully equipped kitchen with everything from new Chicago cutlery to a flex brew system which allows you to brew coffee in a carafe or through individual k-cup pods or filters.  Creamer and sugar as well as hot cocoa and popcorn are provided.  A  grocery story is located a short distance away to pick up any additional supplies. 

Immerse yourself in the Simple and Nostalgic Northwoods Lifestyle, slow down and relax in the lodge or get outside and explore the beauty that surrounds Northern Michigan.  From Lake Superior, waterfalls, snowmobiling, hiking, skiing, Apostle Islands, exploring the Ice Caves, or checking out local favorites, there is something for everyone in the U.P. of Michigan!

The 2300 square foot lodge can comfortably sleep 12 people or 14 if utilizing the new futon sleeper sofa.  It is the perfect space to enjoy your time with family and friends or have a quiet vacation away from all of the hassles of everyday life.  Nestled in the woods, on an acre on the Big Powderhorn Mountain, the location offers an authentic Northwoods experience.
